Our Ju-Nel home needs some repairs:
*new roof
*new windows
*driveway
*fence
*kitchen
We are wondering if you know any contractors who are knowledgeable about updating these mid-century homes to keep them authentic. We are particularly concerned about use of products; what type of wood for the kitchen, replacement windows, landscaping, etc...
And, we would like to know the value of our home "as is", and then once restored.

Hi Cynthia, My sister and I walked through a Ju-Nel that was being remodeled last year on Fernald. I think she got the contractor's number. I will let you know if I find out anything.
